Kardora checks whether the submitted image is clear enough to validate the card information. The review also helps identify mismatched, invalid or previously redeemed submissions.
How to submit a useful image
- Use good lighting and avoid glare.
- Keep the full card inside the frame.
- Make sure required details are readable.
- Follow the prompts in the Kardora app.
- Include a receipt when the official flow requests one.
Submit card information only through the official Kardora trade flow. Support will never ask for your password or one-time verification code.
If another image is requested
Follow the reason shown in your order timeline and upload the requested material through the official app flow. Do not send card details through unofficial channels.
