Kardora is designed to collect only the information required to create an account, review a submitted gift card, provide transaction updates and complete a requested payout.
Account information, card submission data and payout details should be stored securely, used only for defined product purposes and retained according to applicable operational and legal requirements.
Terms of Service
Customers must submit only gift cards they legally own and provide accurate account and payout information. Quotes are estimates until card verification is complete.
- Card availability and rates can change before final confirmation.
- Previously redeemed, invalid or unverifiable cards may be rejected.
- Fraudulent use may lead to account restriction and further review.
Rewards Program Terms
Task Center missions, leaderboard prize zones, VIP benefits and Invite & Earn rewards are subject to eligibility, country-market availability and the live configuration displayed in the Kardora app.
- Registration, invitation count or displayed progress alone does not guarantee a reward.
- Only verified qualifying activity counts after applicable risk, validity and market checks.
- Nigeria and Ghana wallets, rankings, referral records and VIP progress remain separate.
- VIP mission multipliers do not increase the main gift card payout rate or create a separate payout queue.
- Current eligibility, time limits, reward values and claim status are confirmed inside the app before participation.
These design terms require review by qualified legal counsel before production use.
Account deletion
Customers should be able to request account deletion through verified support. Records that must be retained for fraud prevention, dispute handling or legal compliance may be kept for the required period.
