A payout is not confirmed until the submitted gift card has been reviewed and accepted. Most reviews complete within eight minutes, but some submissions can require additional checks.
Track the official status
Once a card is approved, the payout status appears in the order timeline. Use that status as the authoritative update for your transaction.
What can affect timing
- The clarity and completeness of the submission.
- Whether additional verification is required.
- The selected payout method.
- External payment-provider processing or outages.
- Accurate payout account information.
If you contact support, include your order ID. Never share your password or one-time verification code.
