Why a reward may not appear yet An invitation, a completed task step and a withdrawable reward are different stages. Kardora counts rewards according to the active rules for your country market and the verified activity shown in the app. If a referral or task reward has not appeared, first check which stage is still pending. Check your Invite & Earn referral Open Invite & Earn and look for the invitation in your referral history. Confirm that your friend used your invite code or link through the official registration flow and selected their actual country market. Registration alone does not qualify a friend for a reward. The Kardora Rewards guide says an invited friend must meet the phone-verification, same-market and valid paid-trade requirements shown in the app. An eligible referral reward is released after the friend’s first valid paid trade. A trade that is still under review, rejected or not yet paid should not be assumed to count. Review the referral status and any explanation shown in the app; verified, eligible and excluded activity may be listed separately. Check your Task Center progress Open the specific task and read its current eligibility rules, time period, progress and reward status. Tasks can have different requirements for verified trades or clean trade volume. Compare those requirements with the status of the activity you completed. A submitted or pending trade may not count until it passes the checks required by that task; a rejected trade should not be assumed to qualify. If the task shows progress but the reward remains locked, check its release conditions and any Claim action shown in the app. Task progress, reward release and the wallet amount marked Available to withdraw are separate. A locked reward cannot yet be included in a withdrawal request. Ask support to review a missing reward If the app shows that all stated conditions are met but the reward is still missing, contact Kardora through an official support channel. Include the task name or a masked referral entry, your country market, the relevant order or transaction reference, and a redacted screenshot of the status. Use only your own eligible activity. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts or fraudulent activity can lead to a reward being cancelled or an account being restricted. Never share your password or one-time verification code with anyone, including support. The reward value and final eligibility are determined by the live rules in the Kardora app.
