Kardora checks the submitted card before confirming a payout. If the card details or supporting material do not match the selected quote option, that estimate may not apply to the submitted card. The order may need clarification or may be rejected; do not assume it will automatically receive a different rate.
Check the current quote and the full card details before submitting. Do not choose a different region or format just because its estimate looks higher.
Where to find the confirmed amount
After submission, follow the order in the Kardora app. Review any request shown in the timeline and check the final order result for the confirmed payout. If a result is unclear, contact official support with the order ID so the team can locate the correct transaction.
